




Job Summary: An engineering professional to work on construction planning and control, deviation analysis, KPIs and risk assessment, and preparation of management reports. Key Highlights: 1. Develop management reports and technical analyses **Responsibilities:** * Support processes related to **construction planning, replanning, and definition of execution strategies**; * Conduct analyses of **deviations between planned vs. actual performance** (schedule, productivity, and costs); * Collaborate integrally with teams from **construction, engineering, procurement, and support departments**; * Monitor and analyze **physical-financial and productivity indicators**; identify **risks, bottlenecks, and constraints**, proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Develop **management reports and technical analyses** to support decision-making; * Ensure the **reliability, standardization, and consistency of reported information**; * Review and approve **material requisitions, service orders, and progress measurements**, ensuring alignment with planning. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related fields; * Experience or background in **construction planning and control**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced level)**; * Analytical, organized profile with strong data monitoring capability; * Ability to work collaboratively and interact effectively across multiple departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **MCMV projects**; * Familiarity with **Prevision** or similar planning systems; * Exposure to **Lean Construction / Last Planner**; * Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects; * Strong communication skills, sense of prioritization, and results orientation.
