Job Summary: This Senior PCP Analyst will support planning and construction execution processes, performing deviation and KPI analyses and proposing corrective and preventive actions. Key Highlights: 1. Will support planning, replanning, and construction execution strategies 2. Will conduct deviation analyses, identifying risks and proposing actions 3. Will work in an integrated manner with construction, engineering, and procurement teams **Position: Senior PCP Analyst – Londrina (Construtora Pride)** Responsibilities: Support **planning**, replanning, and definition of **construction execution strategies**; Perform **deviation analyses between planned vs. actual performance** (schedule, productivity, and costs); Work integrally with construction, engineering, procurement, and support departments; Monitor and **analyze physical\-financial and productivity indicators; identify risks, bottlenecks, and constraints, proposing corrective and preventive actions**; Develop management reports and technical analyses to support decision-making; Ensure reliability, standardization, and consistency of reported information; **Analyze and approve material, service, and measurement requisitions**, ensuring alignment with planning. Mandatory Requirements: ***Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering*** or related fields; Experience or background in **construction planning and control**; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced level); Analytical, organized profile with strong data monitoring capability; Ability to collaborate effectively in team environments and interact across diverse departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** **Experience in MCMV construction projects**; **Knowledge of Prevision** or similar planning systems; **Experience with Lean Construction / Last Planner**; Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects; Strong communication skills, sense of prioritization, and results orientation.
