With over 50 years of history, Metrópole has built a trajectory grounded in trust, close client relationships, and constant evolution—combining tradition and innovation to deliver high-quality accounting solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform accounting routines, including journal entries, reconciliations, and support for financial closings of companies under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes. * Conduct accounting analyses and verifications, ensuring data consistency and compliance with internal norms and procedures. * Support tax calculation activities, including IRPJ, CSLL, LALUR, and LACS, contributing to the tax compliance of serviced companies. * Prepare, verify, and submit ancillary obligations, with emphasis on ECD and ECF, adhering to legal deadlines and requirements. * Ensure organization, quality, and reliability of accounting information prior to validation and delivery stages. * Provide consultative client service, delivering timely, clear, and technically sound support. * Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting department processes, controls, and routines. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress). * Experience in accounting routines. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with Domínio Systems will be considered a plus. **Benefits** * On-site meal allowance. * Workplace gymnastics. * Free parking. * Cash-based transportation voucher, with no payroll deduction. * Hospital medical assistance (co-payment plan). * TotalPass. * Day Off. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 7:55 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:55 PM to 5:35 PM. **Employment Type:** Full-time CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) | Full-time | In-person Here, you will find a collaborative, structured environment focused on people development.
