Job Summary: Inside sales representative responsible for following customer service and sales procedures, achieving targets, serving and prospecting customers, managing the customer portfolio, negotiating deals, and preparing quotations. Preparation of quotations and product presentations Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities: Follow the customer service and sales procedure checklist; achieve sales targets; serve customers; prospect new customers; build and manage the customer portfolio; negotiate pricing and terms; prepare quotations; present products with optional suggestions; promote ongoing promotions.
