Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, planning, and improving logistics processes, supporting logistics operations, and performing administrative tasks from receipt through dispatch. Comprehensive support for logistics operations About the Role Responsible for analyzing, planning, and improving logistics processes; supporting logistics operations; and executing all administrative tasks from order receipt to dispatch. Responsibilities * Analyze data related to receiving, inventory control, dispatch, and transportation; * Optimize processes, streamline goods flow, and reduce costs; * Develop logistics performance reports and insights for management; * Generate suggestions for ready-to-ship orders; * Monitor fulfillment and billing of ready-to-ship orders; * Pull store customer orders for picking; * Monitor fulfillment and billing of store customer orders; * Generate daily reports on store customer return transactions; * Assist in coordinating transportation for orders; * Perform administrative tasks such as indirect customer service, spreadsheet completion, and report generation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Logistics or related fields); ERP system knowledge; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level is a plus); Experience in analyzing and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs).
