Performance indicator analysis and cost reduction Human Resources Consulting seeks a Logistics Operations Manager in Arapongas (Downtown). Davirh is a company specialized in human resources consulting and training. We provide customized solutions for individual and organizational development. **Responsibilities:** Team leadership comprising approximately 38 employees (Coordinator, Team Leaders, Drivers, Assistants, and Analysts). Supervision of order picking, palletizing, and loading. Management of cyclic inventories, accuracy, and expiration control (write\-off). Management of reserve stock, order analysis, invoice issuance, as well as balance and commission reports. Route planning management, maintenance of owned fleet, and reverse logistics processes (returns and incineration). Facility upkeep and preventive/corrective maintenance of the Distribution Center. Direct reporting to the Operations Director, with focus on performance indicator (KPI) analysis and cost reduction. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
