The candidate will be responsible for clients' labor routines, focusing on compliance with current legislation and providing technical support on labor and social security matters. Main responsibilities include: Processing payroll, including calculation of labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), supplementary payroll, and 13th-month salary; Preparing and submitting ancillary obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, SEFIP, CAGED (where applicable), and DIRF; Issuing and tracking tax and labor/social security contribution payment slips. Requirements: For this position, the following are required: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting; * Experience working as a Human Resources Department Analyst or similar position; * Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and results orientation; * Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
