




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring food safety, legal compliance, and product quality standardization through process management, risk control, and team training. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement self-control programs and train teams. **Job Mission:** Ensure **food safety**, **legal/sanitary compliance**, and **quality standardization** of the product (raw material, processing, packaging, dispatch) through **process management**, **risk control**, **indicator monitoring**, and **continuous team training**. * Responsible for the company's quality control department, ensuring products are manufactured in accordance with quality standards and compliant with food safety specifications and criteria. * Identify critical control points, diagnose root causes of major issues, implement continuous improvement programs, monitor product quality on the production line, pursue internal process standardization, track quality indicators and metrics, and identify and obtain necessary certifications for the company. * Responsible for recording all production stages, from raw material receipt to final product, verifying product conformity and ensuring quality control records are entered into the database. * Responsible for completing quality control spreadsheets. * Monitor production line processes and equipment, supporting administration and industrial production processes in accordance with technical standards and procedures for quality, safety, hygiene, and health. * Responsible for maintaining, updating, and implementing self-control programs, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, quality control systems, and internal audit programs. * Guide the workforce on required practices, hygienic habits, and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Conduct training and refresher courses on Good Manufacturing Practices.
