If yes, this is your opportunity! **Work Mode**: On-site – Eunápolis/BA As a **Maintenance Supervisor II**, your main responsibilities will include: * Allocating the team across scheduled and emergency maintenance activities while supervising mechanical work; * Supporting the team regarding technical and operational conditions for maintenance execution; * Monitoring progress and documentation of maintenance service orders; * Negotiating with clients on scheduling deadlines for maintenance tasks; * Controlling maintenance costs for equipment within your specialty, per budgetary planning; * Participating in root cause identification and supporting development of technical blocking solutions; * Defining work schedules, vacation plans, attendance tracking, and overtime costs for your team; * Participating in inventory assessment and determination of spare parts requirements; * Participating in developing investment and equipment plans, as well as shutdown planning (human and material resources); * Managing conflicts arising during activities involving risks to your team’s physical safety; * Developing people and teams technically and behaviorally. We seek candidates with the following **competencies**: * MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Maintenance fundamentals (planning, maintenance KPIs, predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance); * Knowledge of industrial machinery (motors, generators, transformers, pumps, feeders, conveyors, pressure vessels, boilers, etc.); * Typical detail-level knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment installation; * Familiarity with manufacturing processes; * Knowledge of drying, chip preparation, and fiber line areas; * Proficiency in quality tools (cause-and-effect, 5W2H, MASP); * Knowledge of Metrology (quantities and metrological reliability);• Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems (SAP); * Knowledge of labor legislation (working hours, intra-shift breaks, vacations, etc.); * Knowledge of SMS – Service Safety (NRs).
