If yes, this is your opportunity! **Work Mode**: On-site – Eunápolis/BA As a **Maintenance Supervisor II**, your main responsibilities will include: * Allocating the team across scheduled and emergency maintenance activities, supervising mechanical work; * Supporting the team on technical and operational conditions for maintenance execution; * Monitoring the progress of maintenance work orders and their records; * Negotiating with the client on scheduling maintenance task deadlines; * Controlling maintenance costs for equipment within your specialty, per budgetary planning; * Participating in root cause identification and supporting the development of technical blocking solutions; * Defining work schedules, vacation plans, attendance tracking, and overtime costs for your team; * Participating in spare parts identification and inventory determination; * Participating in investment and equipment planning, as well as shutdown planning (human and material resources); * Managing conflicts arising during activities involving risks to your team’s physical safety; * Developing people and teams technically and behaviorally.
