Job Summary: This role involves monitoring and managing vehicles, handling route deviations, idle vehicles, and alerts, as well as creating and analyzing reports and indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Decision-making **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive shift handover; * Keep monitoring screens open and be proficient in managing them; * Check vehicle signals; * Check vehicles under maintenance; * Verify vehicle schedules; * Monitor vehicles; * Handle route deviations; * Handle idle vehicles; * Handle alerts; * Record decision tree; * Use escalation list; * Consult operational matrix; * Generate reports; * Analyze and create indicators; * Create reports; * Make decisions; * Send shift handover. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience as a Logistics Analyst; * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night); * Residence in the Eunápolis region; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
