As a Relationship Assistant, you are one of the key people in the branch’s daily operations: you welcome cooperative members, support both in-person and remote service, guide them on channel usage, and ensure a seamless, effective, and welcoming experience. In addition, you collaborate with the team on the commercial front, supporting the offering of products and services and identifying daily opportunities—always with ethics, active listening, and a focus on what makes sense for each cooperative member.
