Your energy will be vital for:
Responsible for executing maintenance and operation activities on transmission lines, substation equipment and instruments, as well as automation and telecommunications systems. Works in accordance with established standards and procedures, ensuring quality, reliability, safety, and continuity of electric power supply, with a focus on reducing unscheduled interruptions in the power system.
Responsibilities:
* Support and supervise field teams in technical activities related to substations, transmission lines, and telecommunications, including planning tasks, materials, and resources required for field activities, as well as monitoring operational and safety indicators;
* Ensure execution of the service portfolio, monitor alarms, and improve productivity of in-house and partner-company field technicians, proposing mitigating actions and issuing performance reports;
* Provide Level 1 technical support to transmission line, substation, and telecommunications technicians, acting either locally or remotely during scheduled or emergency interventions in the power system. Propose and implement improvements to preventive and corrective maintenance processes, focusing on quality;
* Perform technical diagnostics through investigation and analysis of failures, events, and incidents in electrical and communication systems, issuing technical reports and implementing corrective actions;
* Ensure proper closure of service orders, asset registration, time sheet entries, and other administrative tasks to support field operations;
* Uphold company values of Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment promoted through campaigns and policies, applying these principles across all actions, processes, and guidelines.
To join our team, you must have:
* Completed technical education in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Telecommunications;
* Valid CFT (Technical Safety Certificate) for the position;
* Driver's License Category B;
* Basic knowledge of SAP and EQM;
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* Willingness to reside and work in Eunápolis or Itabuna / BA;
* Experience in transmission line maintenance activities.
It would be an advantage if you have:
* Driver's License Categories D/E;
* Knowledge of SP7 systems; GSE registration, GSE Operation, PES;
* Familiarity with Power BI;
