THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE TRANSPORTATION NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates opting not to accept the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**SALARY:** R$ 22\.91

**SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical knowledge related to the instructor’s area of expertise, aligned with the educational pillars defined by the institution, and facilitates students’ learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars).
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
**VERIFICATION:** Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in training, behavioral courses, and management activities.
**VERIFICATION:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and detailed description of activities performed;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position applied for (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly correlating to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), clearly specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):**
Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Teacher-student relationship. Lesson plan development. Didactic-pedagogical concepts. Instructional resources. Training outcome evaluation techniques. Training and Development. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
