Make It Uniquely Yours.** You play a key role in the department by maintaining systems and executing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You assist with data collection, ensure its accuracy, drive CI progress, and monitor departmental KPI scorecards. **How You Will Contribute** You will: * Deliver training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established Daily Management System (DMS) * Help teams collect data or extract it from systems to support CI activities and DMS * Facilitate root cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps * Establish new work standards to sustain improvements * Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities **What You Bring** A desire to shape your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge: * CI experience and familiarity with high-performance work systems * Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions during CI activities * Application of lean tools and/or TPM in a manufacturing or operations environment * Ability to manipulate and validate data in both manual and automated systems * Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools * Organization and discipline to support and teach the DMS process * Logical and structured thinking to derive insights from data **More About This Role** We recognize our role as agents of transformation to drive positive change, so diversity, equity, and inclusion are among our top priorities. To achieve this, we have a Diversity Committee operating across four pillars: Persons with Disabilities (PCD), Ethnic-Racial, Women, and LGBTQIAP+, and we are also part of MOVER — Movement for Racial Equity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Integrated Systems (continuous improvement methodology) subject matter expert in the Chocolate area, representing the discipline in area forums, GDDs, and management meetings; * Implement, sustain, and evolve Integrated Systems across production processes, focusing on cleaning, 5S, anomaly management, labeling, and structured routines; * Support and develop the AM (Autonomous Maintenance) pillar, promoting greater autonomy and independence of the operations team; * Lead and support root cause analyses (RCA) and application of continuous improvement tools (5W2H, 5 Whys, SMED, etc.); * Act as an operational coach, guiding performance discussions, opportunity identification, and strengthening the improvement culture; * Support audits, phase transitions, and advancement of Integrated Systems maturity levels; * Develop managerial process visibility, linking indicators, results, and operational behavior; * Influence and develop people, promoting technical and behavioral growth of the team; * Ensure clarity of roles between Integrated Systems and Manufacturing, defining scope of action and responsibilities; * Manage multiple concurrent demands, aligning priorities and expectations with diverse stakeholders and hierarchical levels; * Build credibility and trust with the team, positioning yourself as a strategic partner. **Technical Competencies:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience and knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (TPM, WCM, etc.), including hands-on experience with pillars and routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Knowledge of Power BI; * Preferred: Intermediate/Advanced English; * Availability to work onsite during business hours at the Vitória de Santo Antão-PE factory. **Behavioral Competencies:** **\-** Communication; Collaboration; Accountability; Proactivity; Influence; Analytical mindset; Strong interpersonal skills; Indirect leadership; Dynamism; Organization.
