Here, you will have the opportunity to learn hands-on alongside a collaborative team, develop technical and behavioral skills, and participate in routines and projects that directly contribute to employee safety and well-being. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Support the delivery of regulatory training sessions and risk release procedures, contributing to employee awareness of Occupational Safety regulations. Assist with Institutional Integration and factory visits, guiding new employees on area-specific hazards and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); Conduct safety inspections in production areas and support monitoring of action plans; Support control, distribution, and completion of PPE and uniform records; Assist in tracking uniform damages and managing uniforms in coordination with the service provider; Support reviews and updates of regulatory standards and safety procedures; Conduct inspections and verifications of fire-fighting equipment—including extinguishers, hoses, and pump houses; Assist in tracking upcoming PPE expiration reports and internal departmental requisitions; Support analysis and reporting of Occupational Safety indicators and statistics; Accompany technical inspections and audits conducted by public agencies and insurance providers; Assist in developing and reviewing operational procedures and departmental documents; Support activities of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Campaign (SIPATMA), and Fire Brigade training; Monitor and support risk-related service authorizations—including work at height, confined space entry, welding, and high-voltage operations; Assist in managing third-party documentation; Support development and implementation of the Risk Management Program (PGR); Support issuance of departmental documents, such as the Individual Occupational Profile (PPP) and Work Accident Report (CAT); Assist in monitoring and analyzing occupational accidents; Conduct environmental agent measurements—including noise, heat, and lighting. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Technical Occupational Safety program; #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Familiarity with Regulatory Standards (NRs) is desirable; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Proactive attitude and interest in learning within the Occupational Safety field. #### **Benefits:** Internship stipend of R$1.035,00 ️ Free cafeteria access at the facility Meal Allowance or Food Benefit (Pluxee) worth R$ 336.00 Transportation Allowance (no payroll deduction) Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) – annual payment Wellhub (formerly Gympass) – wellness and quality-of-life platform Access to therapy sessions – mental health support Health Insurance Plan Dental Insurance Plan ️ Life Insurance Birthday Day Off – because celebration matters too!
