Employee support and document organization **Requirements:** · Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; · Prior experience in HR/Payroll – with emphasis on timekeeping payroll administration; · Availability for immediate start; · Intermediate Excel skills; · Preferred knowledge of Ponto Mais, A52, and Alterdata systems; · Must reside nearby (Prazeres – Jaboatão). **Main Responsibilities:** · Timekeeping schedule control. · Identification of bottlenecks in payroll timekeeping registration (procedures, justifications, drivers’ device registrations, incentive and recognition actions for timekeeping compliance across bases, guidance to managers and employees). · Guidance on the use of mobile devices for timekeeping registration. · UUID registration with IT department. · Reporting of inconsistencies and administrative action tracking for non-compliance with daily schedule registration. · Employee onboarding and offboarding, job function changes, and working hour adjustments. · Overtime assessment during termination processes and verification of BH credit deductions within semiannual closing periods. · Employee support (e.g., questions regarding payroll, payslip distribution). · Document, dossier, and file control and organization.
