THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical classes covering knowledge and skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver's licenses, as well as authorization to operate heavy vehicles; facilitates students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars).
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
COMPLETED UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
**AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED INSTRUCTOR COURSES:** Instructor for Collective Passenger Transport Vehicles, Hazardous Materials Transport, School Transport, Emergency Transport, or Oversized Cargo Transport, issued by an institution accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (within validity period).
VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY D OR E (WITH MINIMUM ONE YEAR IN THAT CATEGORY).

a) Copy of the valid CNH.
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:**
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN TRAINING ACTIVITIES.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
Experience delivering lectures.
Enrollment in postgraduate studies.
