Job Summary:
A professional to provide technical support in food and beverage analysis laboratories, performing tests, operating equipment, and organizing the lab environment.

Perform technical support activities in food and beverage analysis laboratories, aiming to ensure process, project, and procedure effectiveness, meeting demands and optimizing industrial competitiveness.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform laboratory testing and related activities, including surveys, record completion and signing, result entry into systems, controls, calculations, and data consolidation;
* Operate, maintain, and verify laboratory equipment
* Clean and organize glassware and materials used in laboratory operations
* Develop or critically analyze laboratory procedures, when required
* Conduct and document staff training
* Update, organize, and maintain data and information in files, documents, and systems
* Record, distribute, and monitor the movement of processes, documents, materials, and correspondence
* Perform controls within one’s area of expertise according to internal standards and procedures
* Participate in programs, projects, events, and technical tasks
* Prepare and provide technical information for procurement processes, in accordance with internal procedures, supporting material and service supply as needed by the laboratory
* Collect samples and dispatch them for laboratory analysis, when required
* Develop and review laboratory technical documents and procedures
* Comply with applicable legislation, standards, internal regulations, and procedures relevant to one’s area of work.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Updated Professional Resume;
* High School Completion Certificate;
* Proof of at least 06 (six) months’ experience in an analytical laboratory;
* Preferred experience in food and beverage and/or microbiological laboratories;
Valid Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B.
