**Job Description**

* Enter invoices for payment of service providers.
* Generate meal control reports.
* Input Facilities service information into the Intranet.
* Guide fleet vehicle drivers on fueling procedures, title transfer processes, and other related procedures; perform Fleet and Rented Vehicle Check Lists.
* Store materials in the inactive file archive and warehouse, maintaining orderly conditions.
* Assist in inbound and outbound cell processes and operate the highway scale.
* Process delivery confirmation stub cancellations and handle 0800 net calls for stub digitization.
* Attach blind spreadsheets to invoices—a mandatory document for purchase receipt at the company—and list invoices while generating reports on invoices integrated into the SAP system.
* Collect signatures from responsible parties/approvers for fiscal document entries and archiving.
* Issue Pre-Tickets (authorize truck entry into the facility).
* Update and cancel pallet term records in the Pallet Term Control (TMP).
* Occasionally perform cargo loading/unloading operations for vehicles arriving or departing, while complying with SST and Quality standards.
**Academic Qualifications**
