




Job Summary: Professional responsible for administrative activities, including budgeting, quotations, supplier and customer service, and support to various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Provides support to multiple company departments Responsible for the administrative department and petty cash; Prepares budgets and quotations for products and services; Monitors and serves suppliers and customers; Receives and provides information regarding products and services; Performs various document processing tasks; Issues the receiver card; Supports the following departments: Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Tax, Human Resources (DHO), Information Technology, and Quality Assurance. Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
