Job Summary: Responsible for procuring materials and services, including requesting quotations, approving suppliers, and collaborating with various departments to ensure supply chain efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Handling procurement of materials and services of lower complexity. 2. Approving non-critical suppliers and seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios. 3. Interacting with internal departments to monitor processes and payments. Performing procurement of consumables in low-complexity routines within the Supply Chain department, receiving purchase requests, obtaining quotations for materials and services. Approving non-critical suppliers. Interacting with the Warehouse, Finance, and Tax departments regarding documentation status, material arrivals, and payments. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support low-complexity supply chain activities, receiving purchase requisitions, assessing the need for technical validations, and contacting suppliers to obtain quotations for materials and services; Approve new suppliers and establish relationships — including possible contract execution — aiming for optimal cost\-benefit ratios; Monitor supplier service levels in coordination with internal customers to ensure service quality; Track ongoing purchase orders, verifying negotiated delivery dates via ERP to meet order fulfillment deadlines; Prepare reports for supervision when required; Interact with the Warehouse, Finance, and Tax departments regarding payments and incoming invoices, as well as necessary corrections; Request and track supplier registration status, submitting tickets to the registration center for approval of new suppliers; Monitor material and supplier registration status with the registration center and report to contractors with direct billing; Assign roles to business partners for pre-orders/forecasted direct billing under contracts; Guide contractors on direct billing procedures, communicating relevant instructions through official channels so that companies comply accordingly; Manage direct billing orders and report their status to contractors; Monitor external equipment maintenance and report status to internal requesters; Report system configuration inconsistencies between GEFs and other configurations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
