Job Summary: Mix Nutri is seeking an organized and analytical Procurement Analyst to manage procurement activities and supplier relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Mix Nutri is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team. We seek a professional who is organized, analytical, and possesses strong negotiation skills to manage procurement operations and supplier relationships. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and analyze purchase requests received from various departments within the company. * Conduct market research to identify and qualify suppliers. * Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers. * Serve as the liaison between the Factory and Suppliers, supporting the approval process according to POP BPF 007\. * Request quotations and negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, and payment conditions). * Issue purchase orders based on negotiated terms. * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure the quality of purchased products. * Participate in supplier performance evaluations. * Assist in inventory control and periodic stocktaking. * Monitor and resolve purchase-related NCs (Non-Conformities) until closure. * Record input invoices when necessary. ### **We are looking for a professional with:** * An analytical and organized profile * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal departments * Commitment to processes and deadlines Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
