Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, control, and analyze industrial plant production of Sugar, Ethanol, and Energy; * Prepare managerial presentations and reports with KPIs for industrial performance analysis; * Plan and execute activities related to Production Orders in SAP (PP module); * Support Industrial Directorate managers in administrative activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of production planning and control, mass/energy balance, performance indicator monitoring, managerial report preparation, and quality tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel preferred; * Power BI and SAP PP module knowledge are advantageous; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante, Nova Alvorada do Sul, or Dourados. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
