The PLANNING ANALYST position is ideal for those seeking professional development in a collaborative environment, with a focus on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, control, and analyze production at sugar, ethanol, and energy industrial plants. * Prepare management presentations and reports with key performance indicators for industrial performance analysis; * Plan and execute activities related to Production Orders in SAP (PP module); * Support managers of the Industrial Directorate in administrative tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of production planning and control, mass/energy balance, performance indicator monitoring, management report preparation, and quality tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred; * Power BI and SAP PP module knowledge are advantageous; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante\-MS or be available to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
