Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage bulk sugar storage and dispatch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety; * Ensure inventory reliability and compliance with inventory management policies (FIFO/FEFO); * Lead and develop teams, promoting high performance and effective shift management; * Monitor and analyze KPIs, implementing continuous process improvements; * Ensure operational standardization and compliance with quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in goods receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch processes; * Experience in people management; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante, Dourados, or Nova Alvorada do Sul/MS, or be available to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who work with us is part of our way of being.
