The **AGRICULTURAL OPERATIONS QUALITY ASSISTANT** position is ideal for professionals seeking growth in a collaborative environment, with emphasis on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct sampling and quality monitoring in agricultural operations, including CTT and Production, in accordance with established Work Instructions; * Perform pest surveys, focusing on *Sphenophorus levis*, ensuring accuracy of field data; * Conduct audits of agricultural implements, verifying adjustments and functionality; * Carry out other tasks inherent to the position at the discretion of the immediate supervisor; * Safeguard the company’s image and assets; comply with corporate programs and projects, policies, standards and procedures, work instructions; act in accordance with the Cocal Essence Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principles and Values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; technical education in Agriculture, Agribusiness or Agronomy preferred; * Knowledge of sugarcane cultivation; maintenance operator experience preferred; * Driver's license category A/B; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residency in Rio Brilhante, Nova Alvorada do Sul, Dourados, or willingness to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
