




Job Summary: Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and evolving the compliance culture, managing risks, conducting audits, and promoting continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Promoting Training and Organizational Culture Implement, maintain, and evolve the compliance culture within the organization, promoting adherence to laws, regulations, and technical standards. Responsible for risk management, internal and external audits, as well as collaborating on continuous process improvement and institutionalizing best practices in compliance and quality. **1\. Compliance and Anti-Bribery Management:** * Manage and operate the Compliance and Anti-Bribery Management System (CAMMS); * Implement integrity practices and policies aligned with ISO 37001 and 37301 standards; * Assess and mitigate the organization's legal, regulatory, and reputational risks; * Manage the Ethics Channel (reporting system) and monitor related handling procedures. **2\. Audits and Certifications:** * Conduct internal audits and oversee external audits; * Monitor corrective and preventive action plans; Support certification and maintenance of management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 37001, 37301); * Prepare compliance and continuous improvement reports. **3\. Training and Organizational Culture:** * Deliver mandatory and awareness-raising training on compliance and quality; * Disseminate a culture of integrity and best practices among employees; * Ensure managers and teams understand and apply compliance principles. * Participate in area-specific training provided by Click TI and business partners.
