Support for decision-making by the Executive Board and Councils **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Coordinate and supervise the Controller's Office, Finance, Credit, IT, and HR departments, ensuring alignment among processes, goals, and strategic guidelines. * Monitor and control the budget, cash flow, financial statements, and performance indicators. * Ensure accurate financial result reporting, internal controls, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and normative requirements of the cooperative system and the Central Bank. * Support credit portfolio management, lending policies, delinquency monitoring, and risk mitigation. * Supervise the IT department, ensuring system availability, information security, and alignment of systems with business needs. * Coordinate HR processes: recruitment and selection, development, performance evaluation, payroll, and organizational climate. * Prepare managerial reports for the Executive Board and Councils to support decision-making. * Promote continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes. * Collaborate with other cooperative departments, reinforcing cooperative principles. **Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree is a plus. * ANBIMA certification is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Education allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher
