Supporting internal organization and basic compliance. Supporting procurement of inputs and materials. Controlling minimum stock levels and restocking. Recording material inflows and outflows. Monitoring production execution. Supporting adherence to schedules. Controlling inputs, waste, and checklists. Reporting deviations to management.
