**Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsible for leading the integration of new employees, promoting their onboarding into the company, as well as conducting initial orientation to ensure a positive entry experience aligned with organizational culture and internal processes;
Act as the HR–production area interface;
Support the implementation of Human Resources processes, addressing internal customers’ needs while adhering to corporate policies—potentially working across subsystems such as training and development, compensation, recruitment and selection, payroll, benefits, and other requirements;
Provide leadership support regarding HR processes and procedures, as well as other organizational processes and the application of company policies;
Identify human–organizational development needs within the Unit’s departments through managers’ goal-check follow-ups;
Monitor projects aimed at developing organizational culture and company values among Unit employees, thereby ensuring engagement and commitment.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Organizational skills, sense of priorities, and analytical ability;
Flexibility regarding work schedule.
