**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Responsible for the HR × production area interface;
* Support the implementation of Human Resources processes, attending to internal customers’ needs while adhering to corporate policies; may operate across subsystems including training and development, compensation, recruitment and selection, payroll, benefits, and other requirements;
* Provide support to leadership regarding HR processes and referrals, as well as other organizational processes and the application of company policies;
* Identify human-organizational development needs within the Unit’s departments, in coordination with managers during their goal-check meetings;
* Monitor initiatives aimed at developing organizational culture and company values among Unit employees, thereby ensuring adherence and engagement.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s Degree: Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

* Organizational skills, sense of priorities, and analytical ability;
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
