Participate in the quality management process for maintenance, aligned with organizational objectives and aspirations, policies, processes, documented information, and resources required to implement and maintain industrial maintenance processes, with a focus on consistently meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Update the competency matrix defined for the position based on evaluations of our employees (evaluation conducted by the supervisor); Review maintenance guidelines, procedures, work instructions, and forms; Map the history of improvements implemented in maintenance procedures; Assist in tracking preventive actions and non\-conformities within the maintenance department related to regulatory standards, certifications, and licensing requirements; Assist in managing the equipment calibration schedule; Assist in controlling, reviewing, and developing the periodic calibration plan for critical assets; Monitor the employee training plan implementation; Monitor the input of KPI results into the integrated management system; Perform job-related activities in full compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for carrying out job and departmental tasks.
