Support to the engineer in site management and resource control **Position: Construction Foreman – CERGID (Porto Alegre/RS)** We are looking for a Construction Foreman to work on a CERGID project in Porto Alegre. We seek someone with solid field experience, leadership qualities, and a strong focus on high-quality, on-time execution. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise construction teams (in-house and subcontracted) * Ensure schedule compliance and achievement of production targets * Verify completed work against design documents and quality standards * Monitor material, equipment, and labor usage * Support the engineer/technical responsible in site management * Ensure site organization, cleanliness, and safety * Report progress, issues, and requirements related to the project **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Foreman * Experience in civil construction projects (preferred: institutional/industrial projects) * Ability to lead teams and enforce execution standards * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Strong communication skills with team members and management **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in public works projects * Basic knowledge of construction planning and control * Relevant training (e.g., Building Technician, NR courses, etc.) **Location:** Porto Alegre/RS **Work Mode:** On-site – construction site Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (CLT) Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$7.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
