If you want to grow, learn, and leave your mark on projects that impact cities and people's lives, come transform with us! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan, monitor, and control projects, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scopes, and budgets; * Participate in the technical coordination of projects alongside the Urban Planning Department, guaranteeing delivery quality; * Analyze project performance indicators and propose action plans and process improvements; * Manage and update physical\-financial progress schedules and controls using project management tools; * Prepare and review reports, presentations, and technical documentation, ensuring information organization and traceability; * Support contract and supplier management, monitoring deliveries and performance; * Monitor urban planning project licensing and approval stages, aligning information between internal and external teams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Prior experience in project management or monitoring (urban planning or real estate development is a plus); * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and/or presentation tools; * Knowledge of BIM (Revit/Navisworks) and Autodoc; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication. **Additional Information:** At Melnick, you will receive: * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * Meal or food allowance; * Medical and dental assistance; * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; commerce, wellness, and other sectors.
