Responsibilities and Duties * Provide personalized customer service for the brand; * Handle post-sales customer service; * Build and maintain a loyal customer base; * Manage and organize inventory, operate the system, process returns and exchanges; * Restock the store and replenish items when unavailable in the section; * Maintain display case organization, setup, and cleanliness; * Participate in internal training programs on handmade luxury products to become a PANDORA product expert; * Follow company guidelines, adhering to all policies and procedures to uphold the international standard of our stores; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and sales; * Clear and receptive communication skills, ability to work in constantly changing environments; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
