Job Summary: On-site support performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and hardware/software installation and configuration for multiple clients, including incident logging and management. Duration: Indefinite Working Hours: Business hours Juiz de Fora – MG Responsibilities and Duties: * On-site support (microcomputing and telecommunications) * Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance * Hardware and software installation and configuration * Support for multiple clients per day * Incident logging and management * Regional coverage and frequent travel Qualifications and Requirements: * Experience with hardware and microcomputing * Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, APs) * Personal car (motorcycle not permitted) * Valid driver's license * Willingness to undertake long-distance travel (300km\+) * Availability for last-minute travel * No beard Additional Information: This is an indefinite-term CLT position. Immediate start, working from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs with a 1-hour break, Monday through Friday.
