Job Summary: As a Senior Process Transformation Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping and analyzing academic processes, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for development teams, acting as an interface between departments. As a **Senior Process Transformation Analyst**, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements and mapping processes from academic units, as well as performing critical analysis of demands within the context of system capabilities and impacted areas. You will also be responsible for describing requirements in technical language for development teams, considering and defining prioritization criteria, thereby establishing an interface among related departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as a Process Transformation Analyst to gather business requirements and map customer processes, analyzing requirements within the context of system capabilities and communicating with development teams using technical language; * Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and priorities; * Monitor requirement evolution by mediating between academic units and the system development team to ensure requirements and changes are understood by impacted areas; * Participate in delivery planning meetings alongside Product Owners (POs) and product leaders. * Support the technology team in clarifying product-related questions and/or analyses performed. * Map and establish processes to organize and ensure traceability, delivery, and quality of services provided; * Collaborate with testing and development teams in verifying and validating requirements. * Conduct critical analysis of processes and services jointly with the team. * Work on cross-functional projects involving multiple institutional departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * Strong analytical ability to translate needs into product requirements; * Ability to collaborate effectively with academic units and the technology team; * Experience in Process Modeling; * Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Professional experience in the academic sector; * Experience with Agile methodology and Design Thinking concepts; * Experience in Software Development; * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; * Knowledge of Green Belt / Black Belt; * Familiarity with Bizagi Modeler; * Knowledge of Pipefy for Process Automation; * Experience with the PRIME system or ERP systems will be considered a strong differentiator. **Additional Information** **What you’ll find here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive Program: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals offered on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to various gyms with monthly fee discounts applied to payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free consultations per month * Conte Comigo Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor law), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on multiple factors.
