Description:
What do you need to join us?
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields.
Certifications:
* LPIC-3 or RHCA;
* VCP/VCAP;
* Microsoft;
* VMware.
Hard Skills:
* Microsoft Windows Server and related services;
* GNU/Linux and related services (Apache httpd, nginx, samba, haproxy, iptables/firewalld);
* Networking and Routing — switches, VLAN, VRF, APs, and routers;
* Virtualization with VMware and VMware vSAN;
* Storage systems and SAN networks;
* Monitoring tools (SNMP, Zabbix, Grafana);
* Administration of backup, recovery, and testing routines (NetBackup, Veeam);
* Programming language knowledge for task automation (PHP/Python/Bash);
* Office 365 and Azure;
* Administering and monitoring Kubernetes clusters (on-premises and cloud);
* Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines integrated with containers;
* Creating, configuring, and maintaining manifests, deployments, services, ingress, and namespaces;
* Automating provisioning routines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm;
* Troubleshooting applications and infrastructure in containers and pods;
* Managing logs, metrics, and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or Datadog;
* Ensuring security, compliance, and access control (RBAC) in the Kubernetes environment;
* Collaborating with development and security teams to enhance service performance and reliability;
* Participating in application migration and modernization projects to containerized environments.
Desirable:
* MySQL administration and replication;

* Performing complex infrastructure activities for BP;
* Taking responsibility for decision-making;

* Contributing to defining monitoring criteria for incident prevention, handling, and root cause identification;
* Monitoring technology resource performance, identifying and proposing improvements, alternatives, or new solutions;
* Contributing to project and product development;
* Managing configurations, changes, and action plan monitoring;
* Configuring new environments and integrating them with partner products;
* Supporting internal teams, audits, and vendors;
* Supervising and guiding other team members and/or other teams requiring information.
