Lead team: recruitment, training, evaluation, and development Copy Tec, a leader in printing solutions and equipment, seeks a Logistics Supervisor to plan and supervise warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations in Cuiabá, ensuring efficiency and customer service excellence. Main Responsibilities * Plan goals, processes, and delivery routes while monitoring inbound/outbound merchandise flows and inventory accuracy. * Manage fleet, reverse logistics (cartridge returns), expenses, and compliance with safety and quality standards. * Lead team: recruitment, training, evaluation, and development; coordinate performance meetings. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering; * Experience in logistics supervision. * Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management, route planning, and team management; leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in print outsourcing; * Postgraduate degree in People Management; * Familiarity with KPIs and B2B Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$0.01 \- R$0.10 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
