Job Summary: The professional will execute and support functional and automated testing activities, validate requirements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices within an agile environment. This experience enables us to add significant value to the contracts we manage, as we deeply understand the challenges and issues faced by public institutions across Brazil, and through knowledge exchange and sharing—having participated in numerous successful projects nationwide. **Responsibilities and Duties:** ------------------------------------ * Execute and support functional testing activities (manual and automated), requirement validations and reviews when necessary. * Properly record all activities in organizational control tools. * Monitor the QA team’s testing activities, supporting organization and direction of demands. * Assist in prioritizing and organizing the test queue according to criticality, deadlines, and project needs. * Support distribution of tasks among team members, contributing to workload balance and timely delivery. * Contribute to test planning, estimation, and definition of validation scenarios. * Maintain frequent alignment with Development, Analysis, and Sustenance Squads for delivery coordination. * Support the evolution of quality practices by suggesting improvements to processes, templates, and testing routines. * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development and testing workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications:** ------------------------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in software testing (QA), preferably in agile environments. * Knowledge of functional testing, test scenario design, and requirement validation. * Experience executing automated tests using Selenium or Playwright. * Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. * Basic understanding of demand prioritization and workflow organization. * Ability to identify and document defects, risks, and inconsistencies. * Strong communication skills for interaction with developers, analysts, and other technical areas. * Knowledge of demand and project management tools such as GLPI, Azure DevOps, or Jira. * Experience in technical documentation and recording delivery evidence. * Experience with corporate or governmental systems will be considered a plus. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * **Hybrid** * **Contract type: PJ**
