Track inventory movements via ERP system, ensuring data precision. Operational Management: Plan and control material receiving, storage, and dispatch routines; ensure on-time delivery and achievement of operational targets; maintain warehouse organization and layout to optimize space and material flow. Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities and implement process standardization; participate in logistics optimization projects; propose solutions to reduce operational costs. Scheduled 5S Audits: Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient workplace. RMA Management: Manage defective material return processes (RMA), including registration, analysis, and routing per internal procedures. Inter-branch Transfer Planning and Execution: Coordinate and execute material transfers between company units, ensuring agility and control. Fleet Management: Supervise daily operations of all company vehicles; ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and fully operational; monitor usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle performance. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities; control daily checklists and routine inspections; negotiate with repair shops, suppliers, and mechanical service providers; prevent unexpected breakdowns and reduce maintenance costs. Incident Handling with Technical Staff and Drivers: Investigate and resolve operational incidents involving drivers and technical staff; monitor vehicles via telematics; manage traffic fines, damages, and delays; ensure trips comply with safety standards and transportation legislation.
