About the Position
**Job Mission:**
Responsible for monitoring inbound and outbound logistics movement routines, aiming to ensure that planning is executed and delivers the best possible outcome for the company.
**Main Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle logistics procedures for demands from supported areas, including freight quotations, shipment and unloading tracking, cargo scheduling at ports and suppliers, requests for grain classifier dispatch, and shipment route planning;
* Maintain logistics area organization through physical and electronic document filing, freight control reports, and logistics operations reports;
* Assist in addressing potential logistics process deviations (incidents, thefts, storage delays, and grain classification), by monitoring and following up with involved parties to resolve deviations;
* Provide feedback to management and other stakeholders involved in shipments via daily reports, informative emails, and historical database records;
* Assist in communicating logistics processes through interaction with service providers, internal and external customers;
* Support logistics market intelligence activities by preparing weekly freight rate tables and statistical and comparative reports; conduct market information inquiries with service providers;
* Control invoice and DCTE receipt processes through receipt protocols, control spreadsheets, and requests for pre\-issued documents from branches, as per procedure;
* Ensure logistics processes comply with the company’s code of ethics and applicable legislation, by guiding involved parties and maintaining supporting documentation available for internal, external, and governmental audits;
* Meet deadlines, demand scheduling, and shipment monitoring routines due to the risk of warehouse and port operational stoppages;
* Interact with stakeholders involved in the process to enable demand operations, considering logistical disruptions caused by service providers, internal and external customers.
**Education:**
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
**Field of Study:**
Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields.
**Technical Competencies:**
**Mandatory**
✅ Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite.
**Desirable**
SAP \- Basic;
Power BI \- Basic.
