Every day, we strive to meet market demands with excellence in solutions, equipment, and services—and we believe we have the best talent to deliver these results. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** **Your new opportunity may be right here.** We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our After-Sales team in Cuiabá\-MT.**What is the challenge?** * Technically lead the Inventory Leaders across Nors TB BR CO branches. * Standardize parts receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. * Ensure organization and physical space optimization of inventories. * Guarantee inventory balance accuracy through management of full and cycle counts. * Reduce discrepancies, losses, and obsolescence. * Lead and monitor Buy Back processes with the factory. * Manage and control Scrap processes. * Conduct technical visits to branches for auditing, alignment, and team development. * Implement continuous improvements in inventory KPIs (accuracy, turnover, coverage, and stockouts). * Ensure integrated, efficient, and standardized management of inventories and warehouses across all NORS TB BR CO branches; * Replenishment, warranties, Reman, returns; **What do we expect from you?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel / BI skills; * ERP/WMS knowledge (Protheus, SAP, Senior, or similar); * Basic/intermediate English/Spanish language skills; * Proven experience managing teams; * Experience in administrative roles and Inventory Management, Lean, 5S, ERP/WMS systems, logistics processes, tax and accounting regulations. **What will you find?** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Transportation allowance or parking; * On-site meals; **Candidates with Disabilities (PCD) are warmly welcome in our selection process.
