We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate the implementation of warehouse and land operations strategies and plans, ensuring smooth operations for material handling, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished products, tools, and packaging—meeting cost, quality, customer, and market requirements in alignment with business strategy, corporate guidelines, and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the implementation of warehouse and manual handling operations strategies and plans, ensuring safe and efficient operations in company-owned or leased warehouses * Monitor the team’s daily operations, prioritize and assign tasks to effectively utilize team resources and meet schedules and goals * Supervise operational activities for receiving inbound shipments and processing outbound shipments within service performance timelines * Contribute to inventory planning and scheduling, and supervise product ordering to meet organizational needs * Resolve conflicts and assist in coordinating delivery schedules with carriers and customers * Maintain inventory records, monitor daily material movement, and compare actual production schedules with inventory levels * Achieve customer inventory accuracy through daily/weekly cycle counts * Conduct inventory control, perform stock turnover analysis, and schedule materials * Monitor inspection of received materials for compliance with order specifications and identification of potential defects * Implement security/protection and inventory control programs to ensure assets and equipment are operated safely and properly maintained and stored * Optimize warehouse facility utilization for storage and distribution of physical goods—including raw materials, finished products, tools, and packaging materials * Identify problems and opportunities, implementing improved practices for warehousing and manual handling—with a focus on enhancing efficiency, accelerating service, and reducing costs **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields; * English proficiency is considered a plus. **Work Location:** On-site – Cuiabá, MT **What We Offer:** * Join a global market-leading company. * Be part of a team with deep expertise in these sectors who love what they do! * Career development opportunities and personalized development plans. * A workplace culture where you can be yourself. * Collaborative learning and knowledge sharing across teams. * Become your best self within a culture built on openness, trust, and mutual respect. * Profit-sharing program (PLR), private pension plan, birthday day off, health insurance (Sul América), dental insurance, meal/voucher allowance, childcare assistance, and more.
