Logistics support and compliance with regulations **Mape Frutas Hortifruti has an open position for:** **FLEET ASSISTANT** If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy control, planning, and operational routines, join our team! **Work Location: Mape Frutas Hortifruti – Distribution Center** You will be responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring availability, safety, and operational efficiency. On a daily basis, you will manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, track inspections, fuel refills, fuel consumption, mileage, and mandatory documentation. You will also handle fleet cost control, indicator analysis, fine management, accident reporting, insurance administration, and support negotiations with repair shops and service providers. You will monitor drivers, manage checklists, ensure route compliance, support logistics operations, and guarantee adherence to internal policies, traffic regulations, and occupational safety standards—contributing to cost reduction and improved fleet performance. **Requirements:** * Organization, responsibility, and analytical mindset; * Driver's License Category E; * Experience or knowledge in fleet management is a plus; * Basic computer and administrative control skills. * NR 20 (Regulatory Standard 20\) **Additional Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Overtime pay (when applicable); * Attendance bonus; * Christmas basket; * Baby basket; * Birthday gift. **Available Shifts:** * 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.400,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you own a personal vehicle for commuting? * Do you live near the Industrial District?
