If you excel at team management, are results-driven, and seek stability, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities (Duties)** * Lead, guide, and motivate the team of assistants and inspectors in order picking, palletizing, and loading goods. * Ensure efficiency and agility in truck loading and unloading workflows. * Supervise incoming and outgoing product verification, ensuring quality and order accuracy. * Organize the yard and storage warehouse, managing inventory turnover (FIFO/FEFO) to prevent spoilage of perishable goods. * Complete productivity reports, monitor team attendance, and report operational progress to management.
