Job Summary: Professional responsible for scheduling and monitoring installations, managing construction projects, and coordinating scheduling and rescheduling with customers and installers. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience is a requirement 2. A background in interior design or architecture is a plus Responsibilities: Schedule installations together with installers, monitor construction projects, manage scheduling, coordinate appointments with customers, schedule and reschedule appointments for installers, and track time slots and availability Requirements: Customer service experience; must reside in Pinhais (preferably near Weissópolis) Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–17:30, with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturday until 11:30 A degree in interior design, architecture, or urban planning is a plus but not mandatory Compensation: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
