Job Summary: Operate, program, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, as well as carry out hygiene and organization of the production area, documenting procedures. Hygiene and organization of the production area **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 Working Hours **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Operate, program, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment (palletizer, depalletizer, case packer, and depacker), making necessary adjustments for proper operation; perform hygiene and sanitation of production area machinery; monitor presence of filling nozzles in the absence of metal detectors (PCC); perform kit changeovers (packaging reversal, adjusting the machine to accept the product to be processed) and syrup reversal during setups; organize the area after bottling, documenting all procedures adopted during the process and forwarding them to the responsible manager; comply with requirements and criteria established for Food Safety. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Completion of vocational training courses in the industrial field. * Technical experience in production. * Basic knowledge of cleaning, lubrication, re-tightening, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity.
