Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Leader to lead teams in collection, delivery, unloading, loading, and warehousing operations, aiming to meet customer and company expectations. Key Highlights: 1. Lead operational teams and guide employees in daily activities. 2. Support productivity optimization and reduction of logistics costs. 3. Contribute to the technical and behavioral development of employees. We are looking for an Operational Leader to lead teams in collection, delivery, unloading, loading, and warehousing operations overall, in order to meet customer and company expectations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the operational team, lead and guide employees in daily activities; * Monitor operational processes—including loading and unloading—in real time; * Support implementation of strategies that optimize operational productivity, reduce logistics costs, and contribute to excellence in customer service; * Contribute to the technical and behavioral development of operational employees; * Assist in managing team work hours, scheduling shifts and days off, and overseeing team timekeeping; * Monitor performance indicators; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * Food basket; * Gas allowance; * PPR \- Profit Sharing Program; * Health plan (Unimed, 50% covered); * Career and salary plan; * Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); * Day Off; * Love Pack. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, businesses, and results.
