Perform vehicle diagnostics, inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance according to procedures pre\-established by the manufacturer and/or Enzo Group, aiming to resolve mechanical issues while ensuring service quality at the business unit. * Perform technical vehicle diagnostics to define the scope of required services; * Ensure integrity and preservation of received vehicles, as well as customers’ personal belongings; * Execute mechanical and electrical services, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure agility, quality, and safety in performed services, avoiding rework.
